The
Architects are available for residencies that combine master classes,
lecture-demonstrations, informal showings, and/or formal concert
performance. Classes combine experiential learning with discussion
and are taught with all
four Architects present as guides, demonstrators, and full participants.
When taken prior to our concert performance, the master classes
provide students with embodied access to the kinesthetic and compositional
language of improvised
performance. Residencies can be tailored on request to serve as
an intensive introduction, a laboratory for advanced performers,
or a jumpstart for student and faculty dance makers.
